Be(ing) Grateful: Day 44
I’ve found it harder and harder to find something to say here. And then this evening at 7pm in prayer I had a little clarity. My life was very different three years ago, shit, it shifted a bunch in these past 6 months. I’m moving in the right direction in many respects but I’ve also devolved significantly. I’m a little obsessive about what I don’t have so much so that...

Be(ing) Grateful: Day 43
Stevie writes the best songs. Meditating on this one.
I will only come in your pouring rain to relieve the pain.
Gotta find me an angel.
Calm, mastery, light, mistakes, figuring it out, heart sinks all comprised my not productive enough day but I’m home and in a warm bed. Giving thanks.

Be(ing) Grateful: Day 41
I started today vomiting. I am now clearheaded. Nausea left. It was still with me when I showered, dressed and walked to church and I’m so glad I pushed through. I was blessed and reminded, once again, its not all about be. And that I’m always to keep others in my spirit, on my mind and wrapped in my love.
And I’m so so grateful I’m not sick anymore.

Appreciate love.
luck of this lady. giving thanks.
just-smileology:
Love is the greatest thing in the world. I don’t mean romantic love, necessarily. Family love, friend love, whatever it is, appreciate it. Because if there is someone in your life that you can say you love, truly, unconditionally, or if there is someone who loves you, then you are the luckiest person on this planet.
Appreciate the love around...

Be(ing) Grateful: Day 39
I think someone, Fashionista Zapatista probably, tumbl’ed Little Brother’s “Slow It Down” and that’s where I’ve been. Tomorrow promises much but less than I had envisioned and today was mucho pared down and I’m grateful for that.
Carmen at my nail/waxing spot said she liked my hair out. It reminded her of her part Puerto Rican grandson’s wild curls....
